Marlowe's Mischief

A mid-level fantasy adventure for four to six characters of levels 2–4, compatible with first-edition rules and most retro-clones. While resting in the farming village of Bumble, the adventurers become involved in the disappearance of Lady Delphine, the mayor’s daughter. A dark elf magister claims responsibility and threatens to sacrifice the captive to a chaotic deity unless the village pays a king’s ransom. The party investigates the mystery, follows the trail to the demesne of a mad dwarven warlord, and ventures through a classic dungeon to rescue Delphine before the sacrifice can take place.
