Players confront a mix of public-face schemes and brutal Goblin assaults as they explore Osborn’s resources, technology, and regenerative abilities. The pack adds two new scenarios and four modular encounter sets, introducing villain-specific tactics and encounter cards that shift between corporate influence and sadistic supervillain threats. Players form hero teams, coordinate abilities, and manage threat while resolving objectives and reacting to escalating villain schemes.
