Meat Grinder

A demonic portal tears open in reality, leading to a nightmare realm of agony and smoldering brimstone. The damned are drawn into Hell’s factories, where the private prisoner-reformation company PrayCo uses an unholy artifact to breach the boundary between worlds. This horror adventure continues the events of The Drain, or it can be run as a standalone scenario by placing a demonic portal anywhere in the game world.
