Mithra
A Power Level 13 rival character for Mutants & Masterminds, Mithra is a patriotic Iranian superhero who can be introduced into any campaign. He is a sophisticated and principled foreign hero rather than a terrorist, bully, or thug, creating potential conflicts with super-patriotic or military-themed characters. His presence offers a serious challenge and opportunities to explore heroism, national identity, and the possibility of goodness across borders.
