Monster Island (RuneQuest)

A complete RuneQuest setting for a tropical island of sweltering jungles, reptilian head-hunters, lost ruins, hidden cities, ancient temples, and monstrous gods. Characters may arrive by shipwreck or magical transport and must explore a hostile land with no clear escape. The setting provides a full-colour map, detailed native cultures, new creatures, plants, spirits, spells, miracles, cults, poisons, diseases, treasures, and encounter tables. It includes numerous locations, plot hooks, and scenario ideas for running a sandbox campaign or adding the island to an existing Sword & Sorcery or pulp adventure.
