A complete miniature setting for the REIGN roleplaying game, centered on a kingdom dominated by wizards. Any family may produce an enchanter, who can be taken into one of three great schools of magic. The setting details the nation’s tragic history, uncertain future, magical monsters, and the powerful families, rival factions, and secretive cabals competing for influence. It also introduces a redesigned magic system focused on flexible, uncertain spellcasting, where knowledge provides the spark and passion supplies the fuel.
