Nature of the Beast
A post-apocalyptic roleplaying scenario follows an expedition attempting to establish a trade route through the dangerous Deadwood Forest. Led by the experienced Desert Ranger Smith, a group of 4–6 characters investigates the mishaps that have plagued earlier teams and struggles to survive the journey. Designed for characters of 1st–3rd level, the scenario can be adapted to other post-apocalyptic settings.
