Neon in the Dark: The Strange Heroes of the Black Tokyo Campaign Setting
A character-building guide for an urban fantasy campaign inspired by anime, Japanese folklore, and supernatural horror. Players create unusual heroes from Outsider, Undead, and artificially created races, with abilities such as shapeshifting, flight, and innate magic. The book also includes setting-specific traits and feats, along with cultural templates that shape characters as idols, samurai, love magnets, and other distinctive archetypes. These options support heroes ranging from monstrous and otherworldly beings to occult techno-magical creations.
