NPC Deck

A 100-card resource for creating nonplayer characters during adventure and campaign preparation or improvised encounters. Each card provides names, including a fantasy alternative, along with appearance, demeanor, personality, abilities, possessions, distinguishing features, and level modifications. Cards can be used as complete NPCs, combined to create new characters, or adapted with custom ideas. The setting- and system-neutral details support a wide range of roles and campaign styles.
