Operation: Marshal Law

This supplement presents a US Marshal Service program for integrating super-powered individuals into law enforcement. It introduces the Mole Network, revised Connected and Contacts advantages, and the Ear to the Ground advantage, along with traits for US Marshal training. It also details a field office using new organization and headquarters rules, and provides three ideas for involving the agency in a game. The organization and headquarters material relies on rules from a forthcoming supplement.
