The syndicate operates illegal drug production facilities and uses wealth, violence, and deception to conceal its activities, even disrupting the annual Sky Cruiser Race on Grutzom. The adventure includes a complete quadrant of a star sector, with planet descriptions, maps, and commercial starship routes.
