Ostia: The Harbor of Rome
Bid for goods, then secretly choose whether to sell them for money or donate them to the Roman senate for points. The senate’s demand ranking changes each round, allowing players to plan which goods to keep for future donations. Storehouses can preserve only one goods card each and require costly investment, while market sales provide the money needed for later trading.
