River battles of World War II, featuring armored, shallow-draft warships operating on the Danube, Dnepr, and Pripyet. Players command river monitors and gunboats from several Eastern European nations, providing artillery support, engaging enemy troops, and fighting opposing river craft. The game includes two maps, riverine combat rules, ground troops, weapons, leaders, and sixteen scenarios focused on monitor actions, plus an introductory scenario using only ground units.
