Patronage and Pestilence
A disease strikes the outskirts of Suzail, and the captain of the guard hires the player characters to escort a shipment of medicine to those in need. Rival claimants seek the cure for their own purposes, forcing the characters to protect the supplies while confronting the temptation of profit. This Living Forgotten Realms adventure is set in Cormyr for characters of levels 1–4.
