Pharmagothica
A post-apocalyptic biohorror roleplaying game about survival in a world reshaped by infection, mutation, and scarce resources. Overhauled rules focus on resource management and difficult decisions, with six new classes, weapons, armor, vehicles, allies, jobs, inventory upgrades, and crafting. Characters can develop Viral Powers, risking a dangerous break from infection. The game also includes a complete bestiary and a starter scenario, Cleaning House.
