Power Grid: Warehouse

Adds a small warehouse mechanic and two market event cards to the base game. A player may store up to three resources of any type in the warehouse for later use in their own power plants; stored resources cannot be sold off and must be consumed by the owner’s plants. The event cards either remove three tokens of the cheapest resource from the market or add three tokens of the most expensive resource to the market (only one token if that resource is uranium). Ties for cheapest or most expensive resolve in the order coal, oil, garbage, uranium.
