Prelude to War
Barsaive’s long peace is ending as the Theran Empire returns, King Varulus III is assassinated, and a young successor launches an attack against Theran forces. A mysterious girl draws the attention of powerful magicians and dragons, while migrating orks begin forming a new nation in the southwest. This campaign supplement presents four major events, each suitable as the foundation for a mini-campaign or combined into a larger epic for characters of Fourth Circle and above.
