It uses a rules-light, cinematic system and includes rules for creating pulp heroes, weird science, psychic powers, vehicles, creatures, equipment, and genre variations. The book contains 41 Boons and Flaws, 24 careers, and six complete adventures, including dinosaur hunts, Incan treasure quests, jungle temples, secret lairs, supernatural Hollywood investigations, and a deadly ocean-liner voyage.
