Sapphire Soothsayers
In moon goblin lairs, mystical seers receive visions while submerged in prophetic pools. Their masked attendants carry these revelations among the goblin masses, interpreting cryptic prophecies and turning them into practical advice. Sapphire gems formed from the pools extend the attendants’ senses, while dice, cards, bones, and other divination methods help convey their masters’ visions. The attendants’ masks pass from master to apprentice, marking the office and giving supplicants a stable voice amid the seers’ strange and often incoherent pronouncements.
