Set in a near-future America under martial law, this campaign premise follows a country resisting a president who used a possibly fabricated terrorist incident to cling to power. The short series pitch is written for Robin D. Laws’ OGL DramaSystem and can also serve as a starting point for campaigns using other role-playing systems.
