Shadow Oops
After the Great Reawakening, people across the world begin developing uncontrolled magical abilities. In response to disasters such as the Bloch Incident, the Rea Commission authorizes five schools of magic and prohibits five others, known as Probe schools. Players take on the roles of people who have Manifested powers and must decide how to use them: protecting society as sheepdogs or preying upon it as wolves. The setting explores the consequences of magic without rules, including forbidden practices and the dangers of losing control.
