- Expansion - Enemy packs are kinda basic, adding just enemies. No new cards of any type (no Encounters, no Artifacts or Gear...) makes them last in my list. I'd prioritize any big expansion and probably card supplements too. That said, these are (or were, until the Adventures content came out) the bread and butter for the Targa Plateau: if you like the Other World you should definitely get them.
