Ship of Tears
While traveling through Barsaive, the group meets an adept who asks for help dismantling a slave ring. Information about an inn where travelers are abducted leads to a Theran slave ship transporting the captives. The adept is secretly a member of the Keys of Death and uses the group to settle a personal grudge against the ship’s crew. The information is reliable, but the assassin intends to eliminate everyone involved once the loose ends are tied up. The scenario can also be played without this plot, with the group uncovering the slave ring on their own.
