Simple Monster Templates

This rules supplement provides six simple templates for adjusting existing monsters to fit an encounter’s challenge rating, theme, or role. The templates require minimal changes to a creature’s stat block, allowing Game Masters to quickly strengthen familiar foes, create unexpected variations, or adapt creatures for recurring threats. Options include features such as additional heads and other alterations that can be applied across many creature types. The templates expand the usefulness of existing monster entries without requiring a full redesign or advancement process.
