This campaign supplement adds new adversarial groups for science-fiction hero campaigns. It includes the shapeshifting Tsu’arn assassins, Technomages who use technology to imitate magic, and planet-devouring Xenoloids, along with additional material for expanding villainous factions and encounters. Some content is revised from earlier releases, including Tome of Villainy and Technomacy.
