Starship Construction Manual, Volume #1: Confederation

This supplement provides a resource-management system for designing Galactic Confederation starships for a science-fiction roleplaying game. It adds 22 ship systems, including five weapons, three starship classes and a subclass, along with rules for upgrades, retrofits, refits and design flaws. Guidelines help develop a custom hero ship, and the system can be adapted for other science-fiction games.
