Startown Encounters

A science-fiction roleplaying supplement focused on the rough communities surrounding starports, where travelers encounter criminals, aliens, and unexpected dangers beyond the protection of interstellar sovereignty. It provides situations for the Referee to introduce during play, including an old enemy encountered at a restaurant or nightclub, escaped animals from an alien circus, and a decommissioned security robot sent on a rampage. The material is designed for 2D6 science-fiction systems such as Cepheus Engine, Cepheus Deluxe, and The Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game, and can be adapted to other systems.
