The Agents: Break the Rules

A set of rule-breaking cards introduces new game conditions from the start, making each session play differently. The expansion includes Break-the-Rules, Commanders, and Sites decks. Commander cards are dealt before the game begins and grant their owners a special benefit that remains active throughout the game.
