The Face of the Temptress
A fantasy horror adventure about a haunted object containing the spirit of Bassanta, an ancient sorceress and manipulator whose influence once shaped the fate of Lantash. The spirit uses illusions, temptation, and blackmail to manipulate the adventurers and eventually possess one of them. The scenario unfolds through events during rest and downtime, allowing it to be interspersed with other adventures before leading to a final confrontation. The characters must exorcise their possessed companion or destroy the object. It is designed for OSR systems, with rules references supporting BECMI, Advanced-compatible spells, and both ascending and descending armor class.
