The Forlorn Ziggurat

Players escort a young scholar into a remote, pyramid-shaped structure built by an extinct goblin civilization to contain the Poisonous Deity, an extraplanar entity that requires a living host. Three years earlier, an expedition disappeared there, and its leader may still survive under the deity’s influence. The group explores the ziggurat, investigates the expedition’s fate, and confronts arcane dangers while helping the scholar continue his grandfather’s research.
