Collect power tokens each chapter to recruit ally characters from Tolkien’s setting and trigger their abilities. Players spend tokens to deploy allies, gain tactical advantages, and influence the board state as the conflict unfolds. The game focuses on resource management and timing as players sequence calls to allies and respond to opponent moves across multiple turns.
