The Ruby Guard
Players take the roles of strange beings and envoys drawn to the court of a newly crowned king who seeks to build a feared monster kingdom. They negotiate trade, establish alliances, and gain influence among the court while navigating the king’s ambitions and the unsettling presence of the Ruby Guard. The setting combines occult study, blood magic, political maneuvering, and the recruitment of non-human allies as the kingdom’s reputation and strength grow.
