The Shattered Empire (Pathfinder)
For millennia, the city-states of the north wage war against one another until Yal-Garok gains supremacy through arranged marriages and military victories. Its rise begins an Age of Peace, during which the Northmen cultivate the land, expand their towns and cities, and establish colonies in the eastern mountains and western prairie. An attempted settlement in the icy northern woodlands meets with failure.
