The Sword of Roele

An adventure set on the border between Anuire and Khinasi, where three mage brothers battle the ancient awnshegh known as the Chimera. Rumors place the lost sword of the last Anuirean emperor in the Chimera’s domain, while the Gorgon’s armies gather nearby. Player characters become involved in the struggle, choosing whether to support the Chimera or the brothers while navigating competing trade and political interests. They must determine the true threat, search for the sword, and contend for the Iron Throne. The adventure is designed for three to six characters of levels 5–8, including at least one regent, and requires the AD&D rules, the BIRTHRIGHT campaign setting, and the Cities of the Sun expansion.
