The Whisperer in the Shadows
Runners are hired to find a missing AR designer and recover an old medieval tome in his possession. The investigation leads through strange occurrences, a secretive cult, and an enigmatic figure before culminating in a confrontation with an unknown enemy. The adventure is set in a near-future sprawl and can be placed in any campaign setting.
