Players continue to play cards and argue to persuade the Trolley Operator, who must decide which track the runaway trolley will follow. The expansion provides darker, more explicit victim/comparator pairings to escalate the debate and moral dilemmas. Requires the core game to play and is intended for adult groups due to explicit content.
