A gamemaster’s guide to an occult roleplaying game about broken people conspiring to change the world. It presents magick as reality-warping power shaped by risk, sacrifice, and obsession, within a setting of crime fiction and secret histories. The book explains how to oversee character creation and collaborative setting design, introduce obstacles to the characters’ ambitions, draw on the occult underground, create creatures and antagonists, and resolve conflicts while supporting the characters’ efforts.
