Upon Ternwillow, The Waves That Crashed

A mecha-focused science-fantasy setting compatible with TROIKA!, set after Ternwillow is destroyed and civilization is forced beneath the sea. Players pilot customizable mechs, use aquatic equipment and vehicles, explore underwater settlements, and undertake missions such as cutting off data flows, upgrading fleets, or rescuing downed pilots. The supplement includes new mechs, interchangeable parts, pilot backgrounds, enemies, maps, modular alarm systems, settlement and scrap generators, underwater rules, classified ammunition, and tables for strange aquatic events. Combat adds underwater weapon qualities, missile strikes, overloading, overclocking, and cinematic berserk actions.
