Urban Hexes of Maxxia
A tabletop roleplaying supplement for creating sprawling, dangerous cities and urban adventures. It provides d100 tables for settlement size, government, economy, notable locations, and encounters covering social, combat, political, criminal, and environmental situations across ten civilization levels. The supplement also introduces urban-focused character classes, including Cartographist, Civic Engineer, Guild Factor, Information Broker, and Relic Hunter, along with rules for trade hubs, black markets, and urban economies. A “Roll Twice and Combine” mechanic adds layered results to generated situations.
