This Mutants & Masterminds supplement provides Gamemasters with ten villainous archetypes for challenging heroes, including a Beast Lord, Mindbender, Power Leech, Supreme Commander, and other foes. Each archetype includes variation suggestions and three suitable capers, with game statistics designed for Power Level 10 campaigns. Rules references cover attack and defense trade-offs, skill ranks and bonuses, power modifiers, and adjustments for campaigns using different power levels.
