A Power Level 11 Renegade, this special forces operative becomes a freelance mercenary after enhancing his military training with minor metahuman abilities. He operates outside the law to confront organized crime according to his own moral code. The character can be introduced as an efficient ally, a driven opponent, or the focus of an investigation involving military ties, organized crime, or an apparent act of betrayal. He can be added to campaigns with minimal changes.
