Wild Cards
This roleplaying sourcebook presents an alternate history in which an alien virus transforms most survivors into mutated jokers, while a rare few become super-powered aces. It covers the setting’s history from 1946 onward, the effects of the virus, and profiles of major characters with game statistics. Rules support creating original aces and jokers, including random systems for assigning powers and mutations. An introductory adventure provides a starting point for exploring the setting with Mutants & Masterminds.
