Nippon Rails

Nippon Rails is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 120–240 minutes and is meant for ages 10 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 3.

Construct a railroad network across Japan and profit by hauling commodities from farms, mines, and factories to places of demand. Use delivery income to purchase larger, faster trains and expand the network. Rival tracks, mountains, rivers, channels, and a restrictive coastline limit available routes and create opportunities for blockages. A tunnel links Honshu with Hokkaido. The game supports 2–3 players, with a variant for up to six.
