Ad Astra

Players command one of five human factions adapted to different planetary environments and expand across a galaxy of planets. Each round players secretly place action cards on a shared planning board, then resolve them in turn: producing resources, moving starships by spending energy, building colonies and infrastructure, trading resource cards, and triggering scoring events. Card owners gain specific advantages when their cards resolve. Players terraform worlds, exploit resources, and search for alien artifacts while accumulating victory points. The game ends when a player reaches 50 points or all planets are discovered, and the highest-scoring player wins.
