Players take the role of fledgling adventurers travelling a kingdom-shaped map built card by card. Each location card presents an event, encounter or treasure and the unfolding cards create a narrated campaign of skirmishes, loot and rivalries. Between encounters, players acquire weapons, items and relic fragments, manage their gear and trade with others to improve their chances. When a player feels prepared they may challenge the Great Dragon, resolving combat against a powerful, evolving foe whose defeat grants the mythical treasure. Gameplay emphasizes resource management, tactical choices and storytelling as the table’s shared narrative grows with each card.
