Plains Indian Wars

Simulates mid-19th century conflict on the Great Plains between expanding United States forces and Plains Indian tribes. Players move area-control pieces and cubes across a map from the Mississippi to the Rockies while resolving card-driven events and encounters. One side advances wagon trains and builds transcontinental rail segments, protected by cavalry, aiming to link eastern and western lines for a bonus. The opposing side mobilizes Northern and Southern tribal forces (plus regional allies) to harass trains, contest regions, and prevent railroad completion. Victory points come from successful wagon arrivals or interceptions and from territorial control; play supports 1–4 players and runs about 60–90 minutes.
