Players race to assemble towering sushi orders by balancing pieces, plates, and soy sauce bottles according to cards. Components must be stacked precisely using fingers as chopsticks; mistakes can topple the whole structure. Games support solo or team play, with variants that restrict players to one hand/one finger or require a blindfolded builder guided by a teammate. The objective is to complete the displayed order faster than opponents while keeping the stack intact.
