Pax Viking

Players take on the roles of Norse leaders operating in the 9th–11th century, expanding influence across riverways, seas, and trade centers from Scandinavia toward the Black Sea and Persia. Through movement of longships, placement of followers, diplomatic actions with jarls and local powers, and development of trade posts, players balance warfare, trade, and alliances to grow territories and influence. The game supports 1–6 players and emphasizes route planning, area control, and strategic use of resources to build a lasting dynasty.
