No — on each task there can only be one commando, and you cannot choose a task already occupied by one of your or another player's commandos (page 5).

After carrying out a level IV task you place a settler on the task panel intercom and then immediately return that commando to the main rest area for level I, so it becomes available again (page 6).

You may pay the red quick-ascent cost on the promotion connection to perform a task the same turn you promote a commando, but the commando leader can do this without paying the quick-ascent cost (page 7).

You can only build in an empty space whose associated regenerator is already built, and a building/regenerator is available to you only if it is in the same area or below the area indicated by your energy counter on your command console; the fuel cost depends on the regenerator level (pages 8, 13).

At the beginning or end of your turn you may complete one mission and/or take one blueprint if you meet its requirements, but you can do at most one mission and one blueprint per turn (page 12).

At round end each player receives fuel as indicated on their command console’s fuel track; the amount is indicated by either the left development marker or the energy counter, whichever is lower (page 15).
