Players develop an industrial landscape along a historic canal, placing factories and other buildings while laying pathways, streets, railways, and canal segments. Actions are selected from a limited set each round, and players time their choices to expand their networks and construct bridges that connect buildings. Scoring rewards the most cohesive industrial area and the most effective infrastructure at game end, with planning and placement determining who achieves the best-connected holdings.
